How do I read a comic?
Choose a comic from Discover, open its details, and select an available chapter. Some chapters require a signed-in account or an active entitlement.
How do Favorites work?
Use the favorite control on a comic. Favorites are shown in My Library on the same browser and account where available.
My payment order failed. What should I do?
Read the error message shown by the checkout first. If no charge was completed, try again later or choose another available channel. If money was deducted, keep the order number and contact support.
When is purchased access delivered?
Access or coins are normally added after the payment provider confirms the order. If confirmation succeeded but the balance did not update, send the order number to support.
How do I request a refund?
Review the Payment & Refund Policy, then contact support with the account email, order number, payment date, amount, and reason. Eligibility depends on order status, use of the digital content, and applicable law.
